Response Team 1 is a national full service property restoration company working with homeowners, business owners and their insurance companies across America to restore homes and businesses after fire, flood, storm or mold damage.

CHALLENGE

Integrating locally owned restoration businesses into one national company unifying the brand identities of those acquired businesses into a cohesive structure.  It was important to retain the local value of the current business branding while providing a framework to create a national brand in the property renovation industry.

SOLUTION

Imagine put an expert team together and played an integral part in building the long-term brand strategy.  We created the new logo and wrote the brand guidelines helping to create their identity.  The “Property Restoration and Renovation” tagline clearly identified their services. By unifying the brands, Response Team 1 can continue to add new acquisitions, consolidate the identity for marketing efficiencies, and put forth unified brand positioning.

Imagine created a strategy and brand name for the business – Response Team 1 – that within three years became the second largest property restoration company in America serving 34 states from 25 locations.
