Dealer Makeover that Increased Profitability

Sometimes shoppers need a little help in understanding how to shop or where to look. We had the pleasure of improving the shopping experience and the profits in Case IH Dealer Stores nationwide by developing floor-planning standards intended to guide traffic flow in a way that enhances sales opportunities.

The new overall look-and-feel is high-end, and it established an upgraded store appearance from what shoppers saw before. The merchandising shelves were made to be flexible since the fixtures need to handle everything from oil to skidded items to clothing. The cost of implementation also had to be perceived as reasonable, which it was.  It was a win-win for all.
